Note:
Kodak has changed print kits for the 6850 (from 169-6418 to 101-0867).
If you put new paper in and get a message saying "Incorrect Ribbon", you need to update the printer firmware.

Please use the following link, and download the upgrade package (suitable for 101-0867 print kit):

Once downloaded (on the pb computer), double click to unzip then follow the instructions. Basically, you turn the printer off, then install the driver update, then you turn the printer on and let the system recognize it as a new device. Following this you do a printer firmware update. We found it an easy process.
